These Terms & Policies (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the O.B. Spotter website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Pricing & Currency
All prices are in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices shown at checkout do not include any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply to your order.
The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
2) Order Acceptance
Orders are confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, if an item is unavailable, or for other legitimate reasons. If payment was captured, it will be reversed through the original method when applicable.
3) Shipping Policy
3.1 Shipping zones (online orders)
Online orders ship to Canada and the United States only.
If you are located outside Canada/USA, please contact us for a shipping quote. We can confirm feasibility, shipping cost, and timelines before you purchase.
3.2 Shipping fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary by product category.
Shipping rules may be updated in the future (e.g., based on volume, weight, or order size). The shipping fee charged is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
3.3 Customs, duties, and import fees (customer responsibility)
Orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees not included in the shipping price charged at checkout. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Delivery timelines & carrier delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary d ue to carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing. Once a package is handed to the carrier, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier.
4) Returns, Exchanges & No-Refund Policy
4.1 No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
4.2 Exchanges (defects or order error only)
Exchanges are considered only in these cases:
- Defective product (manufacturing defect / workmanship issue)
- Order error (wrong item shipped).
If an exchange is approved:
- Transport/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (no misuse, no unauthorized modification).
- We may request photos/video and additional information to assess the claim.
4.3 How to request an exchange
Contact us via the Contact page and include:
- Order number
- Photos/video (if applicable)
- A short description of the defect or order error
5) Warranty
5.1 Warranty duration (parts & labor)
All products: 30-day warranty
O.B. Spotter: 1-year warranty
Warranty includes parts and labor.
5.2 Warranty start date
The warranty period starts on confirmed delivery (carrier delivery confirmation).
5.3 What the warranty covers
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
5.4 What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, neglect, or improper storage
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
5.5 Warranty process
If a warranty claim is approved, the resolution (repair or exchange) is determined by the seller. Transport/shipping costs are divided between seller and customer. Cost to send back to seller is covered by customer. Cost to send back to customer is covered by the seller, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, O.B. Spotter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
7) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, photos, logos, product names, and branding) is owned by or licensed to O.B. Spotter and may not be used without permission.
